Property Management

We supervise and coordinate your building maintenance, what we do is perform maintenance such as light handyman and cleaning work, resolving tenant concerns and complaints, advertising, showing and leasing vacant units, collecting and depositing rent and communicating regularly with the property owner on the status of the property.

Mortgage Service

We collect your (homeowners’) mortgage payments and pass on those payments to investors, tax authorities, and insurers, often through escrow accounts. Servicers also work to protect investors’ interests in mortgaged properties, for example, by ensuring homeowners maintain proper insurance coverage.
